Chivas is BIG, bold, talented and beautifully colored. We expect great things from him!

Chivas's sire, Hands Of A Hero is sired by All Hands On Zip, one of the leading Huntseat horses in the Appaloosa industry. This young sire has proven his ability in the show ring with wins in a variety of events. He is a multiple World, National and NSBA champion, with wins in Hunter Under Saddle, Hunter Hack, Hunter In Hand, and Pre-Green and Green Hunter Over Fences.

In addition to his own show achievements, Hands Of A Hero has proved that he has siring potential that has amazed us all. With 4 foals in his first foal crop, his babies have won multiple World and National titles, including one of them earning a Silver Medallion with his wins in both Hunter In Hand and Yearling Longe Line Hunter at the 2012 World and National Shows. How exciting!!!!

We added "Paris" to our broodmare band this year and are we glad we did!! Paris (Pretty Invious) is by Green With Invy who is sired by the great Invitation Only. Green With Invy has a very impressive show record with Top Ten at Congress in Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle, as well as Top Three at World in Performance halter and Pleasure Driving. Before moving to Europe, he had sired several futurity champions in longe line, western pleasure and hunter under saddle, including Reichert Champions. Paris is a 16-1 hand AQHA mare; she is a big, beautiful moving mare, with a long stride and slow legs. Glad to have her in our breeding program!

Chivas will have the height to compete very successfully in all hunter events -- under saddle, in hand and over fences. I expect him to mature between 16-2 and 17 hands. He is sweet and will be suitable for a Non-Pro rider. And as is evidenced in these photos -- he is GORGEOUS! This is a very fancy and elegant colt that will surely be noticed in the show ring. He is also one to consider for a stallion prospect for thse so inclined.
