Shes Hands Down

Born: 24 January 2005
Sorrel filly with white spots

Sire: All Hands on Zip
Dam: Strawscooting Suzy

Romans Strawman and Scooterbug G granddaughter

Congratulations to Cammy Leier, Las Vegas, Nevada, on the purchase of this extremely talented filly.  I know that she is destined for great things, as is her young trainer, Anthony Leier!  Watch for these two in the show ring in the near future (and maybe Cammy will get a turn too!) in Yearling Hunter In Hand.  We can't wait to see you out there in the big shows!

2006 Reserve National Champion
Hunter In Hand Yearling Fillies

We sure do like this outstanding filly!  All Hands On Zip remains one of the leading sires of Appaloosa performance horses, with dozens of winners in Hunter Under Saddle. This filly is sure to be another one added to the list of winners.

Suzy, the dam of this filly, adds tremendous performance potential to Gracie's pedigree. Suzy is the granddaughter of two of Appaloosa's best producing sires -- Romans Strawman and Scooter Bug G. She has produced several nice babies -- the first one entering the show ring this spring. Suzy is 16 hands and has a long sweeping stride.

Gracie should be way over 16 hands, approaching 17 hands, at maturity. She has a pretty little head, long trim neck, short back,  huge stride and LONG legs with the promise of big, sweepy movement. And look at that cute little dished face -- is that not just darling?!?!!
